Appeal Application For IP Year 1 Registration (2025 Intake)
MOE is committed to supporting holistic education and providing our students with multiple pathways and opportunities to pursue an education best suited to their needs and strengths, while remaining consistent with our key principles of meritocracy, fairness, and transparency.
The PSLE remains as the objective and transparent measure of academic merit for Secondary 1 (S1) posting. Therefore, school transfers after S1 Posting should be guided by the student’s PSLE scores and the receiving school’s cutoff point (COP). This ensures that the S1 posting system remains fair, transparent and objective.
Appeals that take place after the S1 Posting Exercise must be aligned to the above principles. Students appealing for admission to TJC must meet TJC’s actual COP in this year’s S1 Posting.
The cut-off points (COP) for TJC this year are as follows:

Important Note:
Students successfully allocated to their DSA-Sec schools will not be allowed to transfer to another school. They are required to honour their commitment to the allocated DSA-Sec school for the entire duration of the programme.
Application Period
The application period is from 18 December, 9am to 23 December 2024, 5pm.
Late or incomplete application will not be considered. Only shortlisted applicants will be informed.
Before applying, please note the following:
1. Students who have been successfully allocated a DSA place in another secondary school will not be considered for appeal.
2. Students who wish to appeal should prepare the following documents for submission:

How to Apply?
Application is to be done strictly online via: https://go.gov.sg/tjcip12025
It is not necessary to submit any hardcopy appeal form personally.
After Application
Only successful applicants will be informed by 31 December 2024.
Your child should report to the posted secondary school when school reopens in January, even if you intend to appeal for a school transfer.
